VEDA,
CASPER

I’m a Primal Health Coach, yoga teacher, body therapist, and the founder of King Kong Academy. Over a decade ago, I left everything behind to follow a gut feeling—and that path led me through years of deep work in breath, movement, shamanism, and men’s embodiment. Now I help men reconnect to their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and lead with real presence. This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about coming home to who you’ve always been.

About Me

01

Daily Practice & Self-Led Leadership

Casper lives what he teaches—beginning each day with early rising, embodied rituals, and a commitment to self-generated leadership. He views discipline not as rigidity, but as a creative act of freedom: the practice of making conscious choices again and again.

02

Embodiment as a Way of Life

For Casper, embodiment is a joyful “yes” to life—presence over habit, love over survival.
Rooted in non-duality, his work carries humor and trickster energy, bringing lightness to even the deepest shadows.
“It’s all a beautiful mystery unfolding.”

03

Dancing with the Masculine & Feminine

Casper’s work dives into the masculine and feminine dynamics shaping our lives—freedom, love, power, and connection. He helps clients see their patterns in money, sex, and relationships with clarity and compassion.
“We set traps for ourselves to feel alive. That’s the beauty of the drama.”
Beneath it all, the reminder is simple: Love.

04

The Wound as
Initiation

Casper’s journey began with a radical surrender at 24, leaving everything behind to follow an inner pull—sparking a lifelong awakening he shares through his blog, Discoveries of the Power of the Now.
A core theme in his work is the sacred role of the wound—a wake-up call from spiritual numbness. For men, it often appears as a “midlife crisis,” which he reframes as a powerful invitation to truly live.

MY STORY

The name Veda, which is Aveda was given to him in 2015 during an initiation at the Bihar School of Yoga—a marker of his deep commitment to self-inquiry and awakening. But his path of embodiment began much earlier, through physical intensity and focused practice as a young boxer. That warriorhood—fierce and raw—laid the foundation for what would later become a conscious path of embodiment, purpose, and self-led growth.
