Terms & Conditions
1. Who we are
These terms apply to all agreements made between Casper Sørensen - Hands on (CVR-/SE-nr. 42765848) 2610 Rødovre, and any client ("you") who books a 1:1 session, online program, or live event through this website.

2. What's on offer
Services offered include one-on-one mentorship sessions, self-paced or cohort-based online programs, and in-person or online live events (workshops, retreats, or similar). Each offer on the website will state clearly what's included, the price, and the format.
3. How an agreement is made
An agreement comes into effect once you've completed a booking or purchase and payment has been confirmed. You will receive a confirmation by email, which also serves as your receipt.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in DKK (or the currency stated at checkout) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed in writing. If a payment plan is missed, access to ongoing sessions or program content may be paused until payment is resolved — you'll always be given written notice first.
5. Right of withdrawal (cooling-off period)
If you are a private consumer based in the EU, you generally have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, in line with Danish and EU consumer protection law.
This right works a little differently depending on what you've bought:
-
Online programs / digital content: once you've been given access to the material, the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies. By purchasing, you agree to this and confirm you want access immediately rather than waiting out the cooling-off period.
-
1:1 mentorship sessions: if a session takes place within the 14-day window with your agreement, the withdrawal right for that specific session no longer applies once it's been delivered.
-
Live events and retreats: you may cancel within 14 days of booking, provided this is more than [X] days before the event start date. Closer to the date, the cancellation terms in Section 6 apply instead.
6. Cancellation and refund terms
-
1:1 sessions: may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged at 50% of the session fee, reflecting the time reserved for you.
-
Online programs: non-refundable once access has been granted (see Section 5). If you haven't yet accessed the material and are within 14 days of purchase, standard withdrawal rights apply.
-
Live events / retreats: cancellations made more than [X] days before the event are refunded in full, minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred (e.g. venue deposits). Cancellations closer to the date are refunded on a sliding scale, which will be stated clearly at the time of booking.
-
Should I need to cancel or reschedule an event or session for any reason, you'll be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
7. Health and liability
Sessions, programs, and events offered here are intended to support personal growth, wellbeing, and self-development. They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment. If you are managing a physical or mental health condition, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating, and let me know of any relevant considerations in advance.
I bring care and professional attention to every session, but I can't guarantee specific outcomes or results — the work we do together depends on your own engagement and circumstances too. My liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the amount paid for the specific session, program, or event in question, except where liability cannot legally be limited (such as in cases of gross negligence).
8. Confidentiality and use of materials
Anything shared with you — recordings, written materials, program content — is for your personal use only and shouldn't be reproduced, shared, or resold without written permission. What you share with me during sessions is treated as confidential, except where I'm legally required to disclose it or where there's a serious safety concern.
9. Force majeure
If illness, accident, or circumstances beyond reasonable control (including public health measures) prevent a session, program, or event from going ahead as planned, I'll offer a reschedule or refund as appropriate, and will communicate as early as possible.
10. Complaints
If something about a session, program, or event hasn't met your expectations, please get in touch within 30 days so we can find a fair resolution together. I'll aim to respond within 14 days.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes that can't be resolved directly will be handled by the Danish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your home country under EU law.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version will always be available on this page, and the version at the time of your booking is the one that applies to that agreement.
